Part I: The Journey
Non-Mounted Exercises With Horses
A wellness and life skills development event that offers women the power to change, helping them to move forward with confidence.
Providing clarity for the women who desire to simply strengthen their spirit or for those who are rebuilding their lives from trauma, ‘The Journey’ can help women gain a fresh perspective to better understand themselves by the horse’s non-judgmental, honest, and authentic nature.
With a horse, you must be authentic, because horses can read us and feel our energy. Horses are prey animals that need to feel safe! It’s when they feel safe and are approached with your true vulnerable self that the horse will get you on the path to knowing you. It sounds simple, but it is a difficult task for humans in our modern society.
Isn’t it time to embrace the True Seven Wonders Of The World.
Horses do not judge and cannot lie
Horses are very much like humans in that they are social animals living within a community – a herd
Part I: The Journey
The Journey is Part I of the ‘Authentic You’ series, but is also a powerful stand-alone event.
Working in small groups, these specifically designed horse related activities connect deeply, inspiring introspection and the development of leadership skills, communication skills, life skills, and resiliency.
